Jewells of Thought

One notable person I met briefly because of Grandpa and Grandma Alsman was Henry Cuesta. We watched a show at the Lawrence Welk Resort in Branson.

Papaw knew I was nervous, but had me get in line to talk to Mr. Cuesta. It was an exciting moment just as well though.

Did you ever do something because your grandparents said to? Sometimes it is well worth the butterflies. I now have this beautiful cherished memory of a time long ago… yet sometimes it feels like yesterday.
