What are your family’s top 3 favorite meals?

Does this mean homemade or eating out? For our household, my family likes Mom’s or my version of homecooked Lasagna. After that, and this is absolutely my version, in my order homemade pizza would be next. Still this is difficult to only name 3 favorite meals.

Spaghetti is another big favorite, but it is also up there with homemade hamburgers and sloppy joes. There is a theme they are all home made meals. I do have a Mexican food fetish and I have recently made Chicken Quesadilla’s and my version of Green Verde Enchiladas. So again it’s hard to put favoritism numbers on each one when our whole family has a difference of opinion on the Mexican. My brother and I are Mexican-American cuisine lovers. I enjoy combining the flavors to deepen the eating experience.

However, today my Uncle and I just had our first McRibs of the season. The taste of barbeque, onions, and pickles on the ribs just brings back years of memories of this amazing sandwich. It’s not homemade, but it is still quite an experience. Maybe it’s an Indiana thing because we love our pork here in Southern Indiana.
