Writing Prompt:

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

As far as anywhere in the world. I have been happy with being in the exceptional country of America. There are places I would like to visit. Germany is one of those places in High School I would never have believed that it would be in my top 5 places. Australia has been a favorite location for a visit and vacation spot. Hawaii as well.

Within the country Indiana is still my home, notice I did not say where in the state. Being close to family is important. Some realities have determined this for me from past events. Not thinking about spending enough time with my elders as I should and thoughts like that. My Grandpas both died before I came to a reality that time is precious and if I don’t make spending time with those I love a priority I lose that special time with them.

There was a time when I worked at Fresenius where I was seriously looking at Clinics in Massachusetts. The idea was ludicrous, obviously going alone. Yet it was an idea thrown around as an alternative to the tense workplace I had at the time. Still I liked the thought of being close to Bryan and having time to get to know each other face to face. Before his office sent him to LA. This was a time where I was traveling on my own for the first time with work staying at hotels for training. It was a different lifestyle for me, but things didn’t work that way at all. The ulcer took too long to get over once I made the decision to heal over living in that toxic environment.

Still… living in Boston and seeing where Bryan lived and where his family was from would have been something special.
