What was your favorite subject in school?

Well I would have to say Music Appreciation in Elementary School. It’s what I knew and loved. Music has been comforting and as I have said many times my Church ministry at a young age. Singing and playing piano came into my life normally because of my parents abilities. Joining them in our choir at such a young tender age seemed normal to me even though I was the only child in the choir.

Then in Junior High I was able to be in the school band, Music Appreciation was gone by then I think as I was transitioning into High School. Then I either had to decide band or choir and that was a difficult choice for a few of us. Eventually we added after-school choir to our repertoire for us band geeks.

In High School Music was still my favorite subject, but Grandpa died and two new subjects opened my mind to new career prospects. History and Healthcare. My heartstrings really latched on to history first though and in a big way due to Grandpa’s two strokes. Yet I am now back to a different branch of Healthcare even now while I am practicing at the piano pretty much everyday for my after surgery therapy.
