Today was a day of rejoicing. The world rejoiced with Israel. Even our American media gave President Trump the praise he duly deserved today. It was truly amazing to see this happening and for a good reason on this special day.
The will of God is mesmerizing when we are let in behind the scenes or see the ending of something bad like we have seen today. It is truly amazing to see how God works intricately with many layers and several people in the mix. Today was one of those days. It is also another “For such a time as this” in respect to President Trump when we think about God saving his life last year twice in order for him to accomplish this vastly complicated agenda that gave us 20 hostages returned to their families today and a Gaza Peace signing.
One of the saddest things I heard earlier was from Dana Perino from the coverage this morning on Fox. The 20 hostages were all men. None of the women hostages made it this entire time. Then I heard something else just recently on “The Five.” The men were all either in the IDF, the Israeli Defence Force or they were men who were there at the Music Festival all men that were tough men who were able to last well over 2 years in tunnels as hostages.
Hearing that broke my heart. None of the women made it and those kids were killed. It is a somber reminder of the people on the other side. Hamas has lost it’s leverage, but now Israel is giving out hundreds of their prisoners, literal Terrorists as reciprocity for their dead and living hostages. It doesn’t seem right, but they have a motto they are trying to keep “No one left behind.”
How would you be feeling today if one of the hostages was your child today? What would President Trump’s working endlessly mean to you?
