A New Day

Since my birthday, January 20th of this year a lot has happened. President Trump has had a busy 8 months or so in office. One of the wonderful and blessings of his administration is that our border is no longer porous; it’s closed.

Today a major development has been all over the media. A boat coming from Venezuela was blown up. It was filled with both Tren de Aragua and drugs they were trying to smuggle through our border. Talk about a strong message from our President and our Secretary of Defense or are we calling him our Secretary of War again? They haven’t made it official yet, but both Secretary Pete Hegseth and President Trump seem to want this change. It gives us the ability of sounding like we are on offense not simply defense in reactionary measure.

This new day with the Trump Administration makes us look and feel stronger for the first time in the past 4 years. Isn’t it nice to have the White House sending strong messages to foreign actors about stopping the Fentanyl deaths in this country! Not having this firm stance for so long makes it seem shocking, but it is necessary to get the message out loud and clear that we are not to be messed with now that Trump is back in office.

Maybe I am somewhat biased, because Trump was my candidate that won last year. Yet just imagine if Kamala had won things would be much worse today. That thought still gives me goosebumps thank goodness Trump won.
