What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
There are a couple of quick answers that come to mind. Firstly talking to the love of my life by sending and receiving our daily messages or phone calls. Secondly, spending 40 minutes on my recumbent bike twice a day and this week I have added one minute of tension each time. I have felt a good difference this week.
Even with my foot pain and recent surgery the exercise does me really good. I miss walking in the cemetery where the fresh air was, but God allowed me a way to continue my exercise with the issues I have had to deal with. I consider that and the fact I have a sweet man desperate to get here so we can finally have our start my daily blessings.
