Campaigns

Goodness it will be nice to finally have this campaign behind us soon. God-willing the right person gets into office!

The ads are tiresome. I know it’s only the advertising of the opposing side that is really frustrating to watch over and over again though not exactly my candidates ads. Hearing the records of his results is comforting and reminds me of those better times.

Yet without any qualms her record shows the opposite of what she says. It’s hard to believe what she says and claims when it’s already abysmal and she’s still technically still in office. I mean what contest is there the facts are clear. We had more money in our pockets and for food. Plus we weren’t as scared about our border because we had a wall that was keeping our foes and drugs away from us.

Snarky. Emily Compagno used that word in reference to the lightweight Democrat candidate the other day. It defines her condescending attitude quite well. Still this woman has never received one vote from any Primary. Her campaign fizzled out and Biden had to save her from losing her so-called starlight, only he gained a Liberal VP to his ticket.

Funny how the minority of the Liberal Left gained so much ground in the past few years! It’s rather sad and disappointing and yet without these years under the Biden Administration would America have known how quickly we were losing our country? In various ways Americans have been waking up to the chaos and cruelty of this White House and the effects of bad policies. Americans all over the country have experienced horrible things from California all the way up to Maine. The Pride of our Ancestors has been working in our citizens reminding them of our rights and of American Exceptionalism. Each state has been attacked one or another due to boys or men in girls sports, this transgender cult that has seeped into our country, the unlimited spending of this White House’s agenda creating the highest bounds of our inflation. Not to forget the worst border policy of our lifetimes… literally wreaking havoc on young women in our country as well as other demographics.

It has been encouraging to see Women step up for other girls and women. Now because of that we have seen this movement of strong women fighting back; Women who won’t be canceled.

In the book of Ecclesiastes there are some amazing verses. This is a paraphrase, but there is a time to every season in life. The past 8 years have been a lot for us Americans. These years have challenged our souls one way or another equally across the aisles. I still believe, in my soul, something was awful awry that Election Night in 2020. Even now, thinking about it the numbers I was observing most of that evening then all of a sudden they just start going in the opposite direction at the very same time it was a gut feeling that something was off. I kept hoping the adults would come back into the room and make certain the numbers were right, but that never happened.

January 2021, was by far the hardest birthday day of my life. I nearly cried when Obama was inaugurated years before, but this was something different. I went absolutely numb as if my best friend died. I didn’t want to watch the Inauguration it was just not what I needed. Then I heard that instead of getting the President’s March, Biden got the Funeral March cause Trump was still getting the pomp and circumstance of the day. It was some intrigue that brought me a mere few seconds of feeling for the day. It wouldn’t be until April though that God knew my numbed heart needed to be made pliable once again.

Elections have consequences and our military knows that all too well after the past few years. I still remember Biden having our National Guard sleeping on the floor and Trump decided to put them in his Trump Tower and give them food. What has Biden or Harris done for our Troops over the past few years? They brought these troops in because Trump was going to bring in this powerful force against Washington, DC. and it was Nancy Pelosi, Biden, and Harris that left these American Troops hungry and without shelter when they weren’t on duty defending them. I may be a bit off tangent, but I was thinking about some of the contrasts over the last couple of days between administrations. Then of course Biden looked at his watch when our 13 Gold Star Families were watching their sons and daughters come back home. It was disgusting and Kamala wasn’t even there, but that didn’t stop her from making a fool of herself not long ago for Trump spending time with those same families at Section 60 in Arlington.

Here we are though, Election Day, which has now become Election Month. It is time to send a message with our vote. What record stands the test of time? Which candidate has most to give us in their true abilities? Who has brought Americans together the most due to excitement for their policy plans?

Don’t forget to listen to God’s voice… even if you have to say a prayer and be silent for a little bit to hear His voice for the answer!
