Finding the right piece for your specific needs looks sometimes like an uphill battle. After looking at Hobby Lobby a couple of times it’s remarkable that it was found at the very next location or is it!

My thoughts were I would just look and see what was there. The idea that I could actually find a solution for my needs this easily did not come to mind. In fact I still tried to downplay it a little bit, but Mom had been sold. She said I looked like I really liked it so she began to talk to Ms. Tammy about layaway of all things.

She was already putting a chunk of money down on it and it was a done deal. There were still a couple of other places I hadn’t looked at yet and I had intended to do so. Mom was pretty adamant that my reaction to this dry sink was enough to put down some money to have it eventually have it paid within 30 days and out of the store.

The word mesmerized doesn’t quite fit the situation and yet does. While we were there at “Somewhere In Thyme” we found the Blackberry Cobbler Ice Cream. I have been wanting to try this ice cream for months, but haven’t been able to until now.

Blackberry Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts hands down. Grandma Betty always made the best and then I learned how to make it myself. I can still see the many times sitting at her table when the cobbler came out. Moments that are forever in my mind of my grandparents dining room table.

Once the ice cream was purchased Tammy asked me if I wanted a spoon. I didn’t think of eating it just yet but… I decided to go ahead and take the spoon. It’s one of those that as you eat the ice cream it changes colors to a dark orange. It was kind of cool. Between me and Mom we finished this ice cream. It was extremely delicious. It was well worth the long weight to have a first taste of it.
