Jewells of Thought

It’s so not fair. All I did was work in the kitchen last night. Mom and I both used the step ladder to get up to the cabinets better. We have troubles with height unfortunately.

Therefore today I have been achy all day. My foot didn’t hurt when we were walking at Little Nashville, yet now today it’s painful. It wasn’t until we just ate at Kat-A-Korner that I realized what happened last night might be mostly responsible for this achiness. Dad didn’t have to work tonight and their fried fish is on Dad’s top 5 best fish to eat.

Like normal I am still the one to get dinner going even with Mom helping me. I have to admit though I felt that I had to hop around the kitchen to do so. Taking a couple of breaks just to get off of my foot was necessary as well.

What gets me is that I woke up with this pain. Then I soaked in Epsom Salt. Then when that still didn’t feel like enough I also put my cream on, Voltaren. Usually that works in itself, but also the Epsom salt works by itself. So today just feels kind of like a rough day.

Hopefully I will wake up with a different foot in the morning.
