Jewells of Thought

Heavenly Father, Abba, You have given me and everyone who was born an American a gift and blessing. We have been greatly blessed in this nation to have the Patriots and their blood soak our shores with their most pious prayers. We would not have what we have had in this country if not for them and their prayers, ideas and their sacrifices.

Oh Lord You gave the ultimate sacrifice on Good Friday, for all of us to have salvation in you if we but ask. Today and the complete irony of 4 presidents and only one truly taking the time to honor one man’s bravery sacrifice for his city and country. While three others took no real thought or time to ponder the effect of the wake on this family, community state or even country.

Instead these three men put all of their energy and time into raising more funds to try and railroad the Republican candidate even more than they have already done with lawfare and the court system. We in America, have always been better than this type of shenanigans. It’s why there is the Constitution and the reason why presidents have always had a dome of immunity while on the job of presiding over this nation. The rule of law is what makes us different and special. Our rights to have land and a right to bear arms to have a speedy trial by a jury of our peers, these are what are Patriots put into writing nearly 250 years ago for us to benefit from American Citizens not illegal migrants.

Today a family is mourning along with the entire NYPD Community and those who support Law Enforcement. Let us not forget the little boy who has forever lost his father. He will have a lot of uncles from the force I am sure to step in to tell him amazing stories of his father and to be around when needed. Also his mom, their lives are turned upside down. Lord give them the mercy and grace they will so need in the upcoming days, weeks, months and years ahead of them.

My mind still cannot comprehend how disgusting this is to have 3 presidents in one place called New York so close to where the funeral was and yet schmoozing was the only thing on their minds. The character of these four presidents have never been seen so intrinsically different than through the lens of money versus honoring a fallen hero. Only one of them comes out of this looking courageous and even more endearing to the country right now.

It seems like to me the three has-beens are trying to go back to their old glory days of the Colosseum and being gladiators. The fundraiser was nothing less than a carnival show from the supposed acts that are to be performing. Lord are we seeing what Romans saw with Caligula, Claudius or Nero, before these Emperors died. These characters to say the least were enough to destroy the respect Rome had in its early days does that sound familiar!

Lord, please guide our prayers. Help us to steer clear of Roman Emperors regretful behavior. Please protect all of our Law Enforcement and Emergency Personnel Father, watch over all our protectors here in America In Jesus Holy Name Amen!
