How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

My goals. I am not certain what could interfere that would not also assist in my goals or ability to inspire or be inspired. If I say no it is most likely due to not being able to do several things at one time. I usually can do quite a few tasks at once, but quality work would require more time to work on articles or crafts of importance.

Saying no doesn’t happen a lot. Even this past weekend I didn’t say no, but an outside force stopped me from writing and posting. Sometimes I don’t even get a say in the matter. Interfering is not always a choice.
