This is kind of funny. I am not sure anyone would want to read a book entirely about me. Especially when I have already shared quite a bit of myself in my articles on here. It would be redundant in my mind. Yet God gives me some unique stories to share and I want to share the stories God has bequeathed me with. Sometimes the hardest stories are the ones that God wants me to share the most with others.
My first blog was something that scared the jeezers out of me. I didn’t know if people would be interested or not. I thought hard about a name for it one idea kept coming back to me and it dealt with how God saw us against the backdrop of even the tiniest sparrow. My stories were varied and so I put Sparrow and Files together The Sparrow Files. The title still seems fitting to me with the stories I tell. We don’t always have time to notice the littlest detail in what’s going on in someone else’s life. Yet sometimes we need to hear or read about it be inspired by it.
Then when I realized my boyfriend might have a better idea of what sounded good I gave him a list of a few I had penned out. It didn’t take him long to send me his favorite one. Out of 6 I think I gave him, he said one captivated him and that was my answer. He has been the encouragement I have missed since Grandpa Freddy died 19 years ago. Names can have such a meaning to a project and if there was such a project I would want it to have my married name on it. I have such a rich heritage from both sides of my family, but it would be important to show the new branch God is currently working on with Bryan and me in the hopefully not too far off future.
