As you know I love books. One of my books is from college, my American Government book. It has one of my many versions of the Constitution, Articles of Confederation and so forth. I go to this specific book to look at the constitution though.

Today a report about Biden’s handling of classified materials will not be charged. How fortunate that is since he was not ever in the chain of custody to have such things in his home, office or otherwise. Yet Trump who was president has been charged for that very same thing. Very interesting, right?

Yet a very unique case was heard at the Supreme Court today. Even the liberal Justices were asking the right questions today of the Colorado lawyers. The halls of the Court were not as partisan as they seem to be normally. Justice Jackson and Sotomayor nearly stumped the lawyers from the Centennial State.

Their decision will take a little while to be announced. It will not take as long as months though, days or weeks, but not any longer than that. Trump was splendidly happy with the results of the day’s interactions. He called the back and forth, “a beautiful process.” I mean for the woman who can’t define a woman she was really asking some good common sense questions.

One question remains though! Why does Biden get a pass with his file handling if Trump doesn’t? It is all in the timing. Biden was not under the powers of the president during the time he accumulated his classified files and Trump was the president. Yet there is the difference in the two tiers of justice who is the Republican and who is the Democrat.

What would George Washington, John Adams, James Madison or any of the Founding Fathers say to this system of justice in their America?
