Our first family computer was in our trailer. It was a large monitor and it was in my parents bedroom. It was a neat experience and I am not certain when we got it only that it was when I started school sometime in those first years of Elementary School. We had some games that were on floppy discs that we played it was fun and made us seem really smart to have a computer.
It’s been quite a while since we had that first one. We have updated a few times in the past few decades. My current laptop was something I was fortunate to buy with my Dialysis paycheck when my ipad went down. I am just wondering how much longer I have on this even now. It seems in our world we have to get new devices every couple of years unlike how it used to be every 5 to 10 years. Maybe not even 2 years but 6 months.
