Jewells of Thought

So yesterday I mentioned I had to relive my last job again in order to help someone else. This is not something that is easy to deal with. Especially when I was told to let go of it by several people. Yet it keeps coming up in different conversations. Even one with my little cousin since I worked with her Grandma in that workplace. A recent death of a patient only added to the continuing to converse about this topic.

Do you have brain freezes? Even my writing prompt was short and sweet. I couldn’t think of a better answer this afternoon. I didn’t get an early start at all as you can tell.

Today one of the bright spots happened early for me though. Nearly three years later I couldn’t remember the website or the address or the name of it. I had written it down but something happened to it. So I actually had to go back to my last laptop. For some stupid reason I still have it. I did use it when I started blogging last year, but it wasn’t functioning well at all. However I was able to go back quite a bit into my browser history and I found what I needed.

Have you just really needed a win or a little victory? That was me this morning and it felt good and I savored it a good while this morning until I had to start cooking lunch. Sometimes it’s those little wins we need to make progress and have confidence going forward towards the goal we have set for ourselves.
