A Reason

Abortion has one reason. Honestly since the Red Wave failed to achieve the expected heights everyone has seen how this one issue toppled the Republican Party time and again. That doesn’t seem to make sense, right!

Wanting to right the wrongs of Roe v Wade the actual decision has struck two different chords. I mentioned this before the two words abortion and ban gnaw at American’s heartstrings. They both bring people out to vote in opposition.

Why do they have to be so absolutely opposite of each other?

Even Lucifer had a reason and was one of God’s created beings. He chose to go rogue and fall from grace. Babies too are created, planned or not by their earthly parents, by a loving God. How many times in history have we seen the remnants of a horrible accident that ends up having a child raised by parents who learned difficult lessons themselves or of other parents who adopted a child and something miraculous came out of the experience.

Our vision is limited to what we can see. God has the 38,000 feet vision infused with CGI. He knows the end from the beginning. Every person has a purpose, even animals and the babies born and those unborn.

A purpose or reason is not always revealed to us instantly in our lives. When a new life has been made whose life is first thought of that will be instantly changed? What first thought comes to your mind becoming a mother or what the baby will do to your life? Think for one second about what God would want for this unborn fetus in your stomach? What could this baby do in their life? Do you want to be a part of that or could someone else be a better parent for this child? Could you walk away from a baby so easily?

In this world where families are broken apart so easily due to death, addictions, or even prison time life is often not fair. Children missing parents one or both or perhaps parents missing having children. Right now the Biden administration is trying to stop Christian families from fostering and possibly adopting children. Why? Because they know parents who are Bible-believing won’t want to heed their alphabet soup of children problems mainly because their solutions are too over the top for what the actual situation may need.

Some parents due to medical conditions will never be able to have their own children, but they still have guidance in their heart and want children. Abortion to them is heartrending because of their situations. These would-be mothers and fathers also dreamed of being parents one day to have those dreamed ripped away by a diagnosis. Sometimes life is cruel. However, God is not cruel and perhaps that is exactly why other situations happen to show that parents are not always biological and you cannot judge the book by the cover but by their character.
