All Christians have a duty towards the Great Commission Christ gave us before he ascended into the clouds. Our mission is to spread the Gospel of Christ to all the world and it wasn’t until America was created. We were truly able to spread the Gospel to more countries that had never been seen before. American missionaries brought the Bible to more languages to the Bible than ever before.
For the first time ever I got to be a part of this literal mission of God in person. I got to help put together Johns Romans Bibles in different languages at my church and then send them overseas for distribution. Talk about an exciting surreal feeling. We prayed over those Bibles and the people who would be taking them on their journeys overseas in Western Europe and South America. Unfortunately my big arm surgery stopped me from participating in the 2nd or 3rd year I was able to I got only 1 day in and then I had to start wearing my brace.
The Lord still was able to work and get these books finished and sent out it was a remarkable and amazing project I am grateful to have been a little piece of for a couple of years.
