Jewells of Thought

For 3/4 of a year I have written articles on various topics. Current events, personal events, my hobbies and especially my passions of music and history including Bible history.

We live in a time where morals are upside-down quite literally. Women cannot define themselves and it seems to be a fact now that men can have babies. Of course they want you to forget these so-called men were biological women to begin with not actual males.

The Secretary of Defense was missing for days and the White House didn’t even know it. The good thing is he won’t be fired because of his loyal ties to the Biden family though. If the shoe were on the other foot and Trump’s SecDef was missing in action he would have been fired and if he wasn’t there would be hype about it.

Sometimes it seems I am writing these articles to myself. Is there a need for my brand of writing in America or the world? Maybe 4 articles are too much daily? God burdens my heart or puts ideas into my mind I sometimes can’t get out of my head until I write it out, but does it mean I am to share those thoughts?

“The Soul of America” is something Biden used to talk about. What does that mean to you? The man that calls Trump, Hitler, also uses Hitler’s rally at Nuremberg for his example for his platforms for more than one of his speeches. The election also got contentious in 1860 Abraham Lincoln was called some of the vilest names of the day. I wanted this blog to highlight the good of this country in various ways. We have an amazing country unlike any other in the world. The inception of America was made by persecuted Christians among many others the Soul of America was Christian.

Everything I do, that I have learned is because of God’s will in my life. Life isn’t always easy though sometimes we have to have times of introspection. In this New Year does this blog still have a place in your life? Do you gain anything from glancing at it from time to time enough to continue glancing?

Typing articles takes time and sometimes a lot of backspacing and editing. Thank goodness it doesn’t have to be written out, my handwriting is atrocious. I tend to wonder though, if my words are still necessary to be put out there. God still directs my thoughts in the most unique ways, but I am not spending adequate time locating an income befitting all of this. I still toy with the need of stopping all this to find something else to help possibly fund some big life changes with my boyfriend as we start a life together.

I don’t know what the future holds… only God does. I do have to be ready for God’s calling on my life whatever it may be. Do you stop to take inspection of your heart and mind? Are you doing what you are doing for the right reasons?

It’s January a good time to take stock of the negatives and the positives and listen to God’s calling… don’t listen to your heart that’s a Disney narrative that can only get you in trouble and out of God’s will. The Holy Spirit is in you if you are saved and born again listen to this portion of the trinity of God. Remember it’s the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit all God in one.

Take time to ponder where you are going and where you have been. Where does God want you? Does this blog ever grab your attention to what God wants in your life? When we are in the middle of a work sometimes we can’t see the impact it may be making, only the time and energy and knowing that God placed this on us to be our ministry and do so with all our might.

We need encouragement to continue as much as others at times. What are your thoughts?
