All summer long Mom and I got up early to walk and start off our day before 8 or 9 in the morning. It was encouraging to do so and allowed us to get more done when we were able to stick to that routine. We did really well most days and weeks.
However it’s Fall Time now and it’s colder first of the morning. So we have no real routine that fits us well and helps us to feel good through the day. Our walks are hit and miss and it’s quite frustrating. Due to my bad foot we can’t walk just anywhere due to the floor situation within the buildings. Yesterday we actually walked up to Terre Haute at the mall which is something my Uncle has done. We can’t afford to do this every day at all, but Mom was needing to walk.
We do need to figure something out. Some floor exercises may be our answer. Yet I don’t really get to bed early either. I really don’t know what I am right now. I got up early this morning, but I have been sleeping until 8 am most days or later. I head to bed by 10 pm and I wish I could say I go straight to bed. I try every night, but I am on my laptop until nearly 11:30 every night if not longer.
So maybe through the year I can say I am 50% a morning person and 50% a night owl.
