Jewells of Thought

Today was my hair appointment as you can see. I needed a freshener of sorts, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted color wise. Gina is a magician she knows what looks good and never disappoints me.

Gina and I decided on a red brown color. She knows more about what numbers she used, but we loved how it came out. I do have to say after all the years of coming to her I got a little, a few little baths from her today. This doesn’t usually happen but I had what looked like a mud fight sitting in the chair. I promise I was in chair didn’t move I didn’t see mud but the color that she was using looked like mud.

All of a sudden I looked down I had some right in front of me and on my arm of her cape she put on me. It was kind of funny. This was just the start thought.

After she topped my hair instead of really trimming it it was time to blow dry. Then she puts in mousse. It was right in front of me and I literally got a bath in the mouse. She didn’t try to do that but it was hard not to laugh.

Even one of my classmate’s mom’s got to chat with us. She and mom got to know each other quite a bit when we were all little. Ironically she has three girls and each one was in one of our classes. Obviously I was in her oldest daughters class and vice versa with my brothers and her two younger daughters. It was nice catching up with her. We never know who we will get to converse with during our time at the Salon.

We were all pleasantly happy with the results. Especially me!
