My comfort foods are my specialty. Not to mention I spent too much time watching Rachel Ray a few years ago. Spaghetti, Salad, Pizza, and Mexican-American Food.
I love cooking, but it has also taken a lot of trial and error and some loving advice from the many cooks in my life. Plus a little bit of what I personally want or need in my comfort food at that moment.
Specialties come when it’s been tried and tested over time and I do have some recipes in my head that have been changed and honed over the years to nearly perfection until someone else needs me to change something by a hint like recently with the firmness of the pizza crust which had met my standards. Now it has to match others comfort thoughts.
