Words Matter

As an adult the words I use matter to me. When it comes to words lately as we hear elected officials and people loosely throw out words in association with a Country or Organization and end up having falsely spread bad information. The truth seems hard to come by for our media bees.

Although something as ancient as the Bible absolutely stands in a stark contrast. God specifically chose the prophets who wrote His exquisitely penned scripture. Some of the stories have more details than others, but each one has a purpose and is a part of the blueprints of how God deals with His people.

Words have so many different meanings and interpretations. Look at the Rosetta Stone how critical that archaeological find to learning the Egyptian hieroglyphs. This opened up the ideas of what the hieroglyphs said much like our Native Indians have used to converse and record their history through the years of their existence.

No other book is as special though as the Bible is for the world. So why did God allow for the stories and narrations in the Bible to have bleak tones seen human nature at its worst is seen throughout the books of both Testaments. Nothing is sugar-coated in the Bible; Christ said you will be persecuting for following Me. The whole reason the Ark was necessary was to save the believers from God’s judgement on the world; then He lovingly gave us the rainbow as a promise to never flood the world again.

The truth is hard to hear, but God allowed the prophets to speak truth into His Word. Each word in the Bible has a purpose and yes I will admit I was raised to be a King James Version only girl. I do have other Bibles due to my College classes and other reasons. They do help with research purposes on occasions. Every name known as a sin is mentioned and any sin you can think of from your favorite Soap Opera was seen first in the Bible.

So if Christ in person spoke of sins by name and God had numerous prophets speak of the many names of sin very succinctly what does this say to us?

How important was it for Him to have us know the truth to Him, that He gave us this book called the Bible?

The truth shall set you free. I have heard this comment mentioned a lot in my life. Apparently our media, the liberal media I should say doesn’t know as much about the truth. Little by little since President Trump was elected words and their faux meanings have become more apparent to us Americans. We can see now how we have been lied to especially now with this new topic of concern. Our media is actually taking the word of a terrorist organization over our oldest ally. This is ridiculous.

Fortunately our Jewish Democrat Representatives have awakened to this Moskowitz came out against the ‘Squad Member’ Tlaib this week with her pushing lies of Israel bombing the Baptist Hospital in Gaza. Hopefully more moderate Democrats will be able to push back against the Hamas wing of our House. His words to the radical members of his party were to the point; he said never, never, never believe the word of Hamas. This was a small victory for common sense prevailing in Congress this week.

Think about the words you use? Are you helping a situation or worsening it by the tone, sentiment or even lack of factual information?

Watch the actions of Rashida Tlaib the woman who wouldn’t condemn Hamas for their brutality. Yet she inaccurately blamed Israel for the bombing of a Hospital parking lot where children were not hurt when she had the accurate information at hand.
