A few names came to mind after reading this question. Firstly Donald Trump, but I also consider both my Grandfathers successful men. I could write a list but the question does say person so I will leave it at 3 right now.
Before Trump ran for President he was beloved by everyone and debuted on all sorts of sitcoms and movies. Yet because he loves his Country, our Country a portion of his old friends turned their back on him. His personality is only a facade his work ethic and his morals are what sustain him. His kids aren’t strung out on drugs and don’t excessively drink they have legitimate degrees and positions they have earned.
Likewise with my Grandfathers they put God first in their lives they took care of their wives before they died they were purposeful with their actions. Their communities loved them as much as their family did. Success is in the eye of the beholder; but I do believe they were quite successful in life in many ways.
