Wow this is an obvious answer. When you work a full day, you feel good about your job, you’re tired so you sleep really well. The routine of work gives people purpose something to do that keeps one busy and out of trouble.
This is why I have my routine of 4 articles a day, but on the weekends I try not to do too much in order to get some rest. Working during the week makes weekends relaxation and family days, not to mention Sundays being for church.
