With my ankle and my flat feet running is out of the question. Walking is the method of exercise for me and my Mom usually 6 out of 7 days of the week. We enjoy walking and it’s our time to prepare for the day; it starts us off. This morning we upped our time by another increase. We walked for 40 minutes.
Being Fall Time though, it’s getting harder to know what to wear to walk. It’s a bit chillier in the morning, but like today it warmed up quick.
