Well for starters I do take vitamins since my last two surgeries the surgeon found out I was low on Calcium so I take a supplement plus on top of Zinc. Our garden vegetables have also helped infuse our bodies with nutrients too.
I feel like I have answered this question before so I will answer it this way.
Mom and I also walk 6 out of 7 days a week and this past week we were able to increase our time by 5 minutes. It felt good this week to get up to 35 minutes even though the mornings have had a chill. The chill has touched my right ankle. Yet we’ve still done well this week.
It does feel good to tone up, have more energy and look better in clothes!
