The month of August has been unscripted to say the least. It was the 2nd day of the month that I had my accident and from there whatever I had planned went out the door.

Me in the ER, my Pork Burger at the State Fair and one of my Grandma Betty’s hundreds of albums. I love this authentically vintage album cover though it’s so neat looking.
Not being able to execute my beloved plans because of this big development was frustrating. I had a solid week of moderate migraines from too much screen time even as I cut it in half. I spent a lot of time laying without my contacts or glasses on for over an hour at a time to get rid of these migraine pains.
Unfortunately the barometric pressure has also transpired against me. Then especially last week, in the extreme heat, dizziness hit me for several days. So with this craziness my Church Series and my August 20th Letters didn’t get to happen the way I had hoped.
With September upon us and Fall along with it a change of some topics will be made. I hope the Summer fun of Mowing Chronicles was enjoyed. I am still releasing more on my Churches Series I have only published 2 of 6 of these articles. I have also begun some Headline Articles. Sometimes the headlines I see are too incredible or just important issues that need to be shared. There is at least one other Series I am still toying with I don’t know if this will be the name or not ‘Forbidden Love’.
There is a possibility of one other topic about Christian Writers behind Enemy Lines in their own Country; they were also siblings. I am intrigued by their group and admire what they accomplished.
There are two trips coming up for me and my family that I am excited about. This weekend we will be going to one of our State Parks. There had been some damage from the tornado earlier this year and they were closed for a while afterwards. Now they have been open for a few months and I will have pictures and an article package for sure for the next week.
In October we will be going to another Indiana park feature called Clifty Falls. Recently going through my Grandma’s albums several photos of my Grandpa, his brother and his wife were there. They took some incredible photos that now have Grandma Betty’s handiwork on the back of most of these photos. Grandma, like her Father did, loves details and they have names on the back of most all of their photos which is really, really awesome. So it sounds like we will spend a few days down south.
August has always been our Bishop Reunion, but it has felt more so due to my album surfing. I have literally been on cloud 9 finding these treasures and sharing them with family that either haven’t seen them at all or who haven’t seen them in a while. This past Sunday night showing my cousins these photos was so much fun. I have missed being this close with these cousins since we left the Church 6 years ago.
This month has allowed me to reconnect through photos, a baptism, reunion and Church once again. God has really been working this past month in revealing ways.
