New Headline: “The Gadsden Kid Is Undefeated, Has His School Running for the Hills.”

Branden Morse is back with an update already for this story. This boy Jaiden lives in Colorado Springs and he knows a thing about Revolutionary War History as a 7th grader that’s soaking up American History. From my standpoint this is an awesome kid with an awesome set of parents and an extremely fierce mom who’s standing her ground.

Although the school says they won’t allow him back in with the patch on his bag-pack, he is going back. According to Morse, “Jaiden says he will refuse to remove the patch and will conduct a school sit-in if it comes down to it.”

Connor Boyack was the first to report on this infringement of a student’s rights. He says, “two law firms have now offered to assist Jaiden and his family it if come down to lawfare, and will fight this clear discrimination against Jaiden and his beliefs.”

There is a mention of the Governor, Jared Polis knowing about this situation and posting something yet not saying a word one way or another.

No better than a no comment from him essentially.

However, the school was supposed to hold a ‘Back-to-School Night’ and suddenly it was canceled. Morse says, “As of this writing, the school has not offered any response to the backlash that’s come its way over the incident, but we are getting an idea of just how worried it is about what’s coming to it. According to Boyack, the school has suddenly canceled… due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

Morse continues, “What would happen is that parents would arrive at the school and instead of being a meet and greet, it would turn into a town hall filled with angry parents demanding to know why the school is teaching them a false anti-American history and why patriotic students are being discriminated against. It’s also a very scary prospect considering Colorado Springs is a military town with quite a few military bases around the city.”

Thank goodness for Jaiden and his mother. They are amazing and on the ball they know their history and even know the facts with the ACLU that helped pin the staff into a corner.
