Smiling At This Headline

This article is from ‘Red State’, it comes from my Telegram feed. This is why I can’t stay away from observing these articles from this site, The Federalist, The Conservative Brief or the Washington Examiner. Some of these headlines are just too good they give me goosebumps.

“School Attempts to Kick Out Kid for Sporting a Gadsden Flag Patch and His Mom Isn’t Having It.” The contributor and author is Brandon Morse.

Do you know what the Gadsden Flag is or seen one of them? I have always known and thought of it as the ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ Flag. The other name kind of loses some of the same connotations doesn’t it?

This patch was on this child’s bagpack and his mother was prepared in this video. She looked up the ACLU’s website as well as knew her history. You have to love this family.

The staffer loved saying the words “school policy” and the hypocrisy of this situation is that this 7th grader was learning about the Revolutionary War while this was all happening. Here is a little except, “the famous flag wasn’t allowed in the school due to its “origins in slavery and the slave trade.” A revelation that clearly amused Jaiden who clearly knows more about his nation’s history than his own school.”

The school didn’t back down though, and eventually admitted the flag’s origins were in the Revolutionary War. They wanted to continue to say however, “it has been sometimes interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages.” Even going as far to say, “some may now see the Gadsden flag as a symbol of intolerance hate – or even racism.”

Morse goes on about the Director of Operations Mr. Yocum. “If it feels like Yocum was scrambling in desperation to find justification for this false and clearly biased take on a patriotic flag, then you’re not alone. Jaiden attempted to take his story to the local press but they declined to interview him.”

Mr. Morse’s article is pretty powerful. If you are a parent, you have to watch out for your children. Even from the top they have said over and over again they believe your children belong to them-to the state. Biden and Harris have both said such horrific and acidic ideas that should never be accepted.

The Gadsden Flag is named after the American General Christopher Gadsden. He designed this in 1775 a year before the Declaration of Independence. The Continental Marines also used this as an early motto flag. Dr. Benjamin Franklin had many illustrious titles in his life. As a Writer and Publisher there may be a real possibility that rattlesnake could indeed be traced to one of publications as a symbol for the American Colonies.
