Oh Lord, Your timing is everything… we see this in scripture how time adds to the depth to a family’s story. The Alsman Family is absolutely rejoicing today and just a bit ago a proud Papa and Papaw, my Uncle, just called us with some exciting news.

Thank you Lord, for this incredible and personal family story finally coming true for my cousin. Children are a blessing from God and my cousin and his wife have never given up hope of wanting a blessing of their own. This phone call described an emotional roller-coaster for my cousins. Last year they explained to us the process they were going through with adoption literally having to write a book about themselves each and accounting for every single little thing possible that they were told was the process.

Oh Goodness, once we realized what my Uncle was telling us, a part of me wanted to let loose and cry. Knowing the story and my cousins as I lovingly do honestly… I still did but they were happy tears.

How perfect is God’s timing though, this baby boy has biological parents that cannot take care of this child right now emotionally or physically. The mother was in fact on Opiods and the father has some issues. My cousins will give this child everything he will need in life. He will have attention overbearing love from grandparents and several of them and plenty of cousins who will also dote on him.

Lord, this news is just what our family needed to hear and most importantly what that little boy gets to have are parents who have a lot of love to cover him with multiple times over. Usually there is a grace period for the biological parents, but another relief is that she waved this period while being at the custody hearing. My cousins are the legal parents to this little boy.

When God is at work He really works! That child is very much wanted by his new parents and oh how I wish our Grandma Rosie could have been around to see this happen. Thank You Lord, In Jesus Holy Name Amen!

This is on the heels of watching my favorite television couple from ‘When Calls the Heart’ Rosemary and Lee having their first child after being married for a long time also getting to appreciate each other deeper before having children in their lives.

Timing is everything.

I know this is a show not necessarily real, but the fact remains… life is precious. My cousins are still in the hospital with their brand new little boy because of the circumstances it’s been quite a whirlwind for them I am sure. Everyone needs to be loved. Adoption means your parents have so much love in their hearts they picked you specifically because they wanted to cuddle and snuggle you with love.

I screwed up a few weeks ago, but this is in fact my 400th Article.
I still find it amazing how God brings such intricate facets to me and literally says to relate these
ideas through this article.
