So last Thursday Dad, my brother and I spent altogether, 3 hours, on the phone with an IT guy. Finally after he exhausted all of the ideas he had it was said a new router would be necessary.
Dad kind of surprised us and got the router on Saturday after saying he would wait for next weekend. When we called the IT guy again he said something wasn’t wrong with the router it was with our tower outside. He was supposed to call us back. Never happened.
Suffice it to say it’s been a long-long yet too short of a weekend. We have been once again without the internet for nearly a day and a half. This is like going a year without hearing from my boyfriend…. its horrible. We have also had a family reunion and all weekend I have been able to explore tons and tons of old family photos. It’s been awesome.
I am sure anyone watching me would have needed some popcorn. Trying not to let the lack of Wi-Fi deter me and yet being completely miffed from being able to speak to my guy for pretty much the entire weekend. Especially since I was around family Sunday all around a couple expectant cousins and their other halves.
