Finally after talking about it and preparing for over a week I did it. I made my version of green tomato salsa. I used a recipe, but also used my own flourish. I have some blends I collect and have tried and instead of just using cumin, coriander seed and cilantro. I have an Argentina blend Chimichurri that I like to use with chicken.
I wish someone would invent smell-o-vision because this smell was divine. Tomorrow I will be picking some more green tomatoes for some tomato juice for a Verde Chicken recipe or to use for whatever. That’s what I love about this it’s very flexible to use with different meats.
