There is no sweeter peace than that which God fills you with. Accepting Christ as your Savior is the best piece of peace you can have in life. The Cross is a symbol of what Christ freely gave–Himself– for Our Sins–that concept is still incredible. The lamb without sin to give himself up for the sinful world in order to save us from our sins.
The very definition of selflessness to bring us individual peace in our acceptance of Christ.
It is insulting to see people and so-called leaders wearing images of upside-down crosses or inverted crosses in order to pervert the idea of what the Cross means to Christians. There are several in elite circles wearing this insidious insignia as if it was a grass roots rebellion against the common American who believes in God.
Peace is an interesting word sometimes to describe, but there’s a book about Miriam, Moses’ older sister in where she describes how Al Shaddai and how He changes with her as a child to when Moses becomes the leader of the Israelites. Mesu Andrews is another impressive author I like to keep an eye on. This book is one of 3 I am smitten with from her collection.
