Jewells of Thought

I awoke feeling good this morning. I felt so good I overdid it.

I spent too much time on my screens I got nauseated and had to sleep lay down for a few hours. Afraid to even eat at first… still not sure if food helped or the laying down helped more and the water.

Tomorrow is State Fair Day so I am going to stay off until we get home. I don’t want to get carsick or have any problems with being on computers making myself sick on the drive to Indy. I really want to enjoy the day without feeling a migraine or nausea. I won’t be driving and I will be sitting shotgun. That does seem to make a difference I will have my Tylenol and I feel ready for that walk.

This is one of the reasons Mom and I walk to prepare for the State Fair.

We have a bunch of tomatoes that are green and I am excited to make salsa with them on Friday possibly. We still have another batch of Tomato Juice and one more batch of Salsa which will be green and have more of a kick than the other two Salsa batches. This will be my fun batch to play with so these ideas are exciting me.
