The April day was beautiful and a perfectly normal day. We had already fed our Farmers, but they weren’t working a full day for some reason. Dad was literally within 5 minutes from the house when we called.
A month earlier I had noticed one of our back doors opened considerably wide for longer than it should be. I closed it as soon as I could… that memory would haunt me later…

I had an exercise bike in the basement and would work out for a good half an hour back in those days. Grandma and Mom were in the living room watching television possibly their favorite soap operas of the day. I remember coming up the stairs telling them I was going to clean up.
Walking into my room the lack of light didn’t phase me. In fact I seemed to be feeling like a bad housekeeper.
The obvious question that came to mind was… how did my belt fall down to the floor?
My room was a mess. What happened next changed my mannerisms into the routines I now have in my life in two major ways.
