Well gosh… that doesn’t sound like me at all. If you talk about what you’ve done that’s like patting yourself on the back isn’t it?
Well out of the love of my heart Dad has put a lot of energy into our beautiful garden. So for him I have made nearly 30 pints and 10 quarts of pickles. As of this morning with just a fraction of our tomatoes I am making salsa. If I don’t make tea nearly every day he doesn’t have extra to take to work.
After Mom and Selena did the hard part of coring or and peeling the tomatoes this week. I am helping Mom out by making a batch of salsa while they are with my brother. He is having a minor surgery on two of his toes. So since they are with him I thought I could easily do this myself this morning.
