So far today has been more typical than yesterday. Then again, today we exercised before eating breakfast with the rest of my pills. Today walking felt cooler and better to walk than yesterday, though it was much hotter with less of a breeze for cool downs. However, yesterday was a not so hot day for me most of the day.
For over a month or more I have been taking a migraine pill to get rid of potential migraines. Yesterday two big reasons came up for this one including allergies. I love pet dogs more than cats; but when it comes to them making me sick I will gladly throw them overboard. My slight allergen to dog dander only made that migraine worse when I was around some transferred dog dander. Someone who had slept with a dog was with me.
I really don’t like being in this circumstance, especially when I have brought this up more than once. I do love dogs I just don’t want them in my house or in my bed. Even my niece had to ask me if I was having trouble breathing. I just put my hand on my chest to kind of force my skin to stop having that weird sensation of having something crawling on my skin. Fortunately I have never had anaphylactic shock. Migraines are as bad as this allergen gets. Changing clothes and washing up a bit was the best thing for me to do before going to bed last night.
Then I woke up to this beautiful day to walk like my typical normal day.
