What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Yes I do like to strategize yet there is no one size fits all to my days. I have a workout buddy, my Mom and walk for half an hour each morning as we can 6 days a week. We both enjoy our fresh fruit and vegetables. All of that together helps our health.

For our well-being we have Church on Sundays our anchor for the week and Wednesday nights our half way through the week. Our salvation is our saving grace, but Church is our maintenance keeping us in check and in line with scripture. It is essential to the complete well-being of a person’s soul physically and emotionally.

If you are not communicating with God your father, Christ your Saviour your soul can feel the lack of the Holy Spirit. You must keep in the word, the Bible in order to feel the benefits of the Holy Spirit in your life. Sometimes life happens, if you are one with Christ you know when you have a log in your eye to take out before you accuse others of the very same log in their eye.

The strategy is to know your Bible God is always with you. You have to ask for specific attention at times, but if you don’t know about God or your own nature you could be deceiving yourself. Strategy equals prophylactic tendencies a genuine, solid prayer life and Church every Sunday.
