Summer School

Once I graduated from College I had tons and tons of notebooks and folders full of inserts and maps from professors. The historian in me hates to throw such things away, especially when my professors held such esteemed titles like Masters degrees including Dr. Cutchin, Dr. Mills and Dr. Graham. Some of my papers from their classes were good too.

So I decided to explore some of those papers this morning. Oh my goodness… memories flooded my mind when I found pages from my Geography Presentation from my one and only College edition of Summer School.

Little details came back to me… a little trip south to visit my cousin. I had my first solo excursion into Evansville. My cousins and I ended up being picked up by their neighbor after we got stuck in a field not maybe 5 minutes from their house.

I have a couple of cousins known for finding their cars in fields… not all of them were farmers granddaughters either… this series will explore one of those cases!

This totally gives more credence to my thinking of things that happen to me in order for me to write about them and share with others!
