The childhood I had will be missing for my children, God-willing Bryan and I have a chance to create them. My youth was ideal. Both sides of my family were brought up in church, we farmed as a family. Life is different now that I am an adult which makes more sense of my childhood and my teenage years. I became a bookworm needing to know about our Country’s real unabridged history.
I will not accept the opposition’s definition of what a woman is or their version of history when they are renaming military bases or schools named for some historic reason. Tearing down a Christopher Columbus statue I can clearly see why Grandpa Freddy personally oversaw my budding history/journalism career. I will have to fight just as fervently for my future children to heed biblical truths solely over what the world will try to sway them with.
Worry… Christ says in the New Testament to not worry. How do we not worry? He also showed us how to pray. Our prayer life shows where we are in our own spiritual journey. If praying gives us peace amongst the eye of the storm what does this show others? As Christ also said tomorrow will bring its own set of troubles, don’t borrow troubles… yet prepare for them.
Prayer and an education in the bible and general world history is power to make a change or influence in a Godly way.
