Jewells of Thought

Children are a blessing to God. He specifically speaks on how they are to be protected and loved by their parents and family. Their imagination is to be encouraged not stifled. Christ also showed how they were to be nurtured by example in the New Testament Himself.

Here is a possible, Doctor Bishop, in the foreseeable future. The question however, is still what kind of doctor. Human or animal? I like to call her our modern day Ellie Mae Clampett. I guess only time will tell.

She took my pulse several times this week. I had not really let her play with my stethoscope before this week for some reason. She and her sisters had a blast with it on Monday though. Even after the other two went home, Selena still had access to my shield and my stethoscope for another day until I finally put it back up. You should have seen her face after I told her the next day what I had done. It was a little mischievous grin with a hint of guilt on her face.

Not to mention all the cooking Summer did. Can you imagine not gaining 10 pounds from green chocolate cookies? I can’t even remember some of the combinations she came up with. There were at least 5 different plates full of food and all of them had green something in them. It got to the point I had to mention that you know Grandma and Grandpa have to enjoy this home cooking too! However, before Grandpa could partake in more than one entree, very conveniently, was ready to go to work.
