This weekend was the culmination of Christians and Catholics all over this Country praying. If you have not heard of the group Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, you really need to look into some Conservative Media Sites. This group was to be honored for a Dodger’s “pride event” in Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. ‘The Federalist’ one of those Conservative news sites has written Friday night as the “Battle of Dodger Stadium”.

Peachy Keenan is the author of this article and after having seen some of the videos Saturday I was absolutely amazed this could happen in California. Peachy lives in California, but uses this name, because she was afraid of what her views would do to her in her community. I recently saw her on a news show finally allowing people to see her as herself; this woman has guts and possibly God in her corner.

Back to this disturbing group. Men saying they are women have been perversely mocking Catholic Nuns and Christ. They dress in Sister-like garb, but they are no more Catholic Nun’s than a dog is a grandchild. You think this is a Catholic issue why do we as Christians need to know about this? They were using the cross in the most perverse way. I have unfortunately seen videos that are disgusting I cannot describe. Christ died for our sins on a cross, what they were doing with a cross was below what I can even put a name towards other than vulgar.

For two months there has been a back and forth the Dodger’s invited them then they rescinded the invite. Only to re-invite them. What happened Friday night is a direct result of prayers. Whose prayers though, because the reporters say the Bishop in Los Angeles had nothing to say and didn’t send any representatives to the Stadium for the protest. The man who stepped up was a Bishop from Texas of all places. Jack Posobiec, a Catholic Journalist and Conservative Journalism who seems to be everywhere something is happening. He knows what’s going on and what side to be on. He was there praying in Latin, while some Jewish Priests were also praying. Reporters say most of the Catholics showing up were not white people they were Latina God-fearing Catholics that showed up.

There is very much a battle happening in this Country. A small minority believes and has taken over the month of June to twist a beautiful covenant God made with mankind about never flooding the earth again, into a disgusting visual of ‘love is love’. The resident sitting in the Oval office has also insulted the bulk of Americans with a presentation of flags draping the White House. How do we fight back with all of this happening?

I believe Friday night the Catholics showed us how! Another comment from Conservative Brief, said that this group hates us, yet we prayed over them we want to love them and show love, and I am paraphrasing. The police were there to protect the group being celebrated, but it was this group of multi-religious groups thanking the policeman and women, while being respectful.

Has any other news network covered any of this story on their networks? Why is that… because it didn’t go the way it was supposed to! The Dodger’s, most of them, because there are a few of the players who didn’t want this, want to forget what happened.

Every time I hear something happening in Los Angeles my stress and blood pressure hikes up a little bit. This is because my pen pal and best friend of over two years is currently working at the West Coast Firm. Ironically he’s usually busy working and doesn’t know what’s going on. However, there was a shooting last year and it was something he knew about and was able to calm my fears about his safety. God willing he will finish his business dealings and get out of there soon I pray. It’s almost funny I find out about things going on around him more than he does, but that’s my workaholic man and I am grateful for that tendency.

See… prayer does work! We need to double-down on our prayers. It’s important to be cognizant of what’s going on for our children’s sake. They are growing up with these things. We must do what we can to not let it be normal for them.
