Out of so many moments how do you pick just one. My niece is about to turn 11 years old. When I was asked her actual birthday thoughts came to mind. Sunday evening, the night she was born was incredible. There was such a euphoria, we could see her but she was so tiny no one could touch her as of yet. During that night she stopped breathing and it was a little scary that day. However, she was fine… just really little she was not discharged until Thursday of that week.
She was by far the littlest of our family until her cousin was born at 1 pound. We are just so blessed to have both little ones in such good health now. This moment just happened to be in my mind from yesterday. Her birthday is still a week away, but she is such a light in our lives.
