This last weekend I was able to write some pieces early to have for this holiday week. Thinking like I did, I was able to enjoy the day and did not work on articles to post on Memorial Day. I was able to simply post them Saturday night and still have some written for the week. That doesn’t always happen, but it worked out well for me this past week.
Then we were able to have our wonderful ribs, cooked potatoes from the grill, baked beans and brussel sprouts with bacon grease. It was nice to take some pictures and enjoy family and be together for a good meal. I did look first thing in the morning, but then was busy in the kitchen and didn’t need to be on my laptop or my phone. Of course, taking pictures throughout the day goes without saying.
