No longer am I the little girl that would pray for snow-days to stay away from school for the day. Especially for my birthday which is usually right in the middle of January when the snowstorms come.
However, there are reasons to really love being in the cold. Cuddling with a good book drinking hot chocolate or cuddling with your other half and possibly watching a movie. Of course this depends on the couple.
My hands even with the surgeries I have had, still can’t be idle. For years I have gone back and forth with playing music and working on cross-stitching throughout the cold nights or during the winter season.
The temperature itself doesn’t bug me until it’s less than 30 degrees and lower. I tend to get bad migraines. It is also the ice I don’t like having to deal with and the snow it looks picturesque, but if I can look and not necessarily be in it I’m good.
